ULYANOVSK. March 29 (Interfax) - More than 20 young people were detained outside of Ulyanovsk after a large number of cold steel weapons and non-lethal weapons were confiscated from their cars, a spokesman for the Russian Interior Ministry's Ulyanovsk region branch told Interfax on Friday.
