BISHKEK. March 29 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has refuted accusations made by a deputy of the opposition Ata-Zhurt party Sadyr Zhaparov of misusing 30 million som in dividends from the development of the Kumtor gold mine and personal involvement in granting a license for the Ishtamberdy gold mine to China's Full Gold Mining company.
