March 28 (Interfax) - Kazakh Ambassador to Russia Galym Orazbakov and Afghan Ambassador to Russia Azizulla Karzai on Thursday gave the Russian president's special envoy on Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov a letter by the two countries' foreign ministers addressed to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov inviting him to take part in the Istanbul Process Conference of Ministers in Almaty on April 26.
