March 28 (Interfax-AVN) - The manufacturing and testing of the prospective airborne complex of frontline aviation (PAK FA), known also as the Russian fifth-generation fighter, is in full swing, and it should join the Air Force in 2016, Russian Air Force Commander Lt. Gen. Viktor Bondarev told journalists on Thursday.
