MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - Globaltrans, for the purposes of financing its acquisition of railway operator MMK-Trans, took out a ruble-denominated term credit facility worth $190 million at a fixed interest rate with maturity of three years, according to the company's consolidated financial statement.
