Hess finishes selling stakes in two Azerbaijani projects to ONGC Videsh Ltd

BAKU. March 29 (Interfax) - U.S. company Hess Corporation has completed the sale of its 2.72% interest in the Azeri, Chirag and Guneshli Fields (ACG) and its 2.36% interest in the associated BTC pipeline to ONGC Videsh Ltd. for $1 billion, the company said in a press release.
