MOSCOW. March 28 (Interfax) - Rosneftebunker (RNB), a subsidiary of the trader Gunvor founded and co-owned by Gennady Timchenko, completed last year the building of one of the lines at the oil-product terminal in Ust-Luga, and in the near future plans to increase transshipment capacity to 20 million tonnes of dark and to 10 million tonnes of light oil products.
