ABSTRACT
Nonfin'l firms received 2 bil euros in additional lending in Feb. vs. the prior month, but that's still down 2.6% from a year ago. Overall private-sector borrowing fell 0.9% annually, the same as in Jan. Household borrowing grew 0.5%, with lending to buy a home up 1.4%. Both were steady from Jan. Private sector lending in Spain fell for the 5th straight month. Eurozone money supply expanded 3.1% annually, slowing from 3.5% in Jan.
