ABSTRACT
The article reports that the National Rifle Association of America's (NRA) fierce lobbying effort to regain its footing on Capitol Hill appears to be successful, as Democrats have grown more divided over U.S. President Barack Obama's proposed gun control reforms. Congress also supported four gun-friendly laws in March 2013 as part of a legislation to fund the government through September.
