The article presents information on the recent meeting between two Popes, Pope Francis and his predecessor Benedict at Castel Gandolfo, Italy. The Popes met on the helipad at the papal summer retreat, and also prayed together in the chapel. It was the first meeting between two popes in more than 600 years as the Catholic Church have two living Popes at the same time. Francis also presented an icon of the Madonna as a gift to Benedict.
