ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the property concept as a fundamental element that is useful for evaluating Anglo-American private law and interconnectedness of property, contracts and torts. It reflects that ownership has an important place in the property discussion including principal components of dominion, ownership and the right to exclude. It concludes with a substantive analysis explaining the property that must be considered as primary platform for law on which tort and contract depends.
