ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the replacement of an old water pipeline and installation of a new pipeline under the Casitas Municipal Water District (CMWD) project in Ventura, California. It discusses environmental and cost-related issues related to the installation process in the coastal area and states that horizontal directional drilling was considered to be the best option. It further states that the project completed on April 23, 2012, under the supervision of the engineer Mohammed Hasan.
