ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a waterfront timber house, located alongside Colorado's Gunnison River and owned by Barbie Clariday and her husband Greg. The house was built by Pike Builders, and it is energy efficient, beautifully detailed and rich in reclaimed materials. The frame of the house is made up entirely of reclaimed timbers.
