ABSTRACT
GERMANY is building 23 new coalfired power stations. We've shut down most of ours. The UK produces a paltry 1.8 per cent of global carbon dioxide, which will fall to 0.32 per cent by 2050 should our idiotic self-imposed legislation remain in force.
