ABSTRACT
ONLINE gaming millionaire Andrew 'Bert' Black has bought another two million shares in Hydrodec at 11p a pop, taking his stake in the industrial oils recycler to almost 20pc. New boss and ex-BP veteran Ian Smale rolled out solid results recently and is focusing on growth in the US, where talks for a joint venture to double its operations are apparently at an advanced stage. Shares closed flat at 10.88p.
