MOSCOW. March 27 (Interfax) - The inspection of the St. Petersburg office of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (the Konrad Adenauer Foundation) and the seizure of computers from it will affect relations between Berlin and Moscow, says Lars Peter Schmidt, the director of the foundation's office in Russia.
