TBILISI. March 27 (Interfax) - Former Georgian Foreign Minister, Salome Zurabishvili, said that the Geneva Talks, in which Georgia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia were trying to settle the Georgian-Abkhaz and Georgian-South Ossetian conflicts with the involvement of Russia, the United States, the UN, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the EU, were ineffective.
