TBILISI. March 27 (Interfax) - Georgia plans to raise about $2 billion in 2013-2015 to harness the nation's hydropower potential, the deputy head of the Energy and Natural Resources Ministry, Ilya Eloshvili, said on Wednesday at the GIOGIE-2013 international oil, gas, energy and infrastructure conference, which began in Tbilisi on Tuesday.
