TASHKENT. March 27 (Interfax) - Uzbekistan's state joint-stock company Uzbekenergo has signed a contract with Russia's OJSC Power Machines (RTS: SILM) to modernize the Syr-Darya Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP), chief specialist at Uzbekenergo's foreign economic relations and investments department Firuza Daniyarova told reporters on Wednesday.
