The article focuses on inquiry to be held on proposals made by England-based company, Natural England for changes to the boundaries of Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Park. It informs that the inquiry will be held in June 2013 with a pre-inquiry hearing. According to an article published by economist, Christopher Story, the proposed changes include including in parts of the Orton Fells, the northern Howgill Fells, and Boar Fell to the north and Barbon, Middleton, Casterton and Leck Fells to the west region of the area.
