The article discusses the issue of gender equality in the field of supply chain management. As per president of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada Cheryl Paradowski, there more status of women in this sector is more equitable as compared to other sectors. It is also mentioned that career in supply chain is also attractive to women because of work and life balance and flexibility.
