ABSTRACT
The article presents information on intellectual property (IP) law and scholarship. It discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case of eBay Inc. v. MercExchange L.L.C. in which the court determined that no injunction should be issued on the finding of patent infringement. It provides information on the foundation of Labor theory of Robert Merges. It stresses on the book Justifying Intellectual Property by that have contributed in defending property rights of idea creators in terms of labor.
