ABSTRACT
The article discusses 'Operation Bedspread' which provides beds to families who are in need. The service is the brainchild of Rees Carroll, a member of St. Simons United Methodist Church in the South Georgia Conference, U.S. As part of the service, volunteers spend a few minutes praying with families at each bed drop-off. the article mentions that the program is run on donations of mattresses, box springs, bed frames, bedding and cash.
