ABSTRACT
IT'S a painful picture for England fans to look at but there was some positive news over Kevin Pietersen's knee injury yesterday. Pietersen tweeted this snap of his leg brace as he went for a stroll in London, but the England batsman should be back for the main business of the summer, the five Ashes Tests and the Champions Trophy. England coach Andy Flower said: 'Kevin has had a scan and it confirms a bone injury and bruising that will need significant rest. He will have the brace on for a couple of weeks. He's then got to rest for two weeks, then begin his physical rehabilitation.'
