ABSTRACT
THE scandal over dodgy meat products refuses to go away. A BBC3 documentary analysed an Indian lamb curry bought in London and the results were baffling. A source from the documentary said: 'It did contain meat but that meat was not lamb, not pork, nor was it chicken or beef. Not horse and not goat either.' None of the lab tests could identify what it was. It would make you long for an honest slice of horsemeat...
