ROSTOV-ON-DON. March 26 (Interfax) - Water levels in the mouth of the Don River stood at 574 centimeters, which is below the danger mark, as of 8:00 a.m. Moscow time on Tuesday, the Rostov region branch of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said in a press release on Tuesday.
