ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the fairness of the tax system in the U.S. called as the Buffet Rule. It says that the Buffet Rule is named after the billionaire investor Warren Buffet who complained that his effective tax rate is lower that his secretary. It states that President Obama and the Democrats are not confident that the bill would pass, however they will utilize it repeatedly. It discusses the income-tax system in the U.S., wherein some are giving 30% of their income to federal taxes.
