ABSTRACT
The article discusses the proposed referendum on European Union (EU) membership and its implication for British funds investing in European mainland property. Savills' Mat Oakley believes that foreign investors has bigger worries than whether Great Britain is in or out of the EU. Andy Rothery of Deloitte notes that British investment is probably growing as they are faced with foreign competition. The difficulty facing investors in accessing central London property is addressed.
