ABSTRACT
The article states that North Korea is considered the most dangerous country and is the greatest threat to U.S. security as of March 2013. Following North Korea's nuclear test in February 2012, the United Nations (UN) Security Council tightened sanctions against Pyongyang. The possibility of a second Korean War with missile strikes against South Korea is noted. The author asserts that failure to handle a second Korean war could result to heightened hostility between the U.S. and China.
