For years, residents of Boston's exclusive Beacon Hill could meet their gourmet needs by shopping at Deluca's Market on Charles St. But now, up & coming gourmet-food entrepreneur, Jim Bildner, has opened one of his J. Bildner & Son showplace gourmet stores right next door to Deluca's.
