ABSTRACT
The article reports on the 3rd Annual IPO Survey of transaction attorneys in the U.S. by KCSA Strategic Communications. Results show that more than 1/3 of respondents believe that initial public offering (IPO) market will be stronger in the coming year. It adds that almost attorneys unanimously agreed that Facebook was both the most expected and popular IPO of 2012.
