The article presents a case study of a 6-day-old boy who was refered of cyanosis and was born to nonconsanguineous parents. Transthoracic echocardiography revealed a 6-millimeter (mm) atrial septal defect that shunts to right from left and right pulmonary artery isolated dilation. Results of echocardiography provided a clue to the presence of pulmonary arterio-venous malformation which is right sided.
