ABSTRACT
The article presents regulations governing fragrances issued by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) based by the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials Inc. (RIFM). It mentions that the IFRA limits for citral in finished products reveal that how much of the fragrance can be utilized depends on the application. It states beauty product marketers and developers need to have a compliance letter of IFRA from the supplier if using a fragrance in the product.
