The article outlines the structural and personal changes brought to the Summer 2002 issue of "Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management." A "Senior Advisory Board" has been established for Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management (JPSSM), consisting of six former JPSSM editors and six senior-level sales scholars. This board will play an integral part in the strategic planning for the future of the journal. Perusal of the JPSSM Editorial Review Board (ERB) roster reveals a number of new additions. Jeff Sager, Immediate Past-Editor, and the editor believes that this is right time to bring some talented newer scholars onto the ERB. In addition, a new policy has been established--ERB members will serve three-year terms, which can be renewed. JPSSM has a new academic partner. The editor is delighted to announce that the Academy of Marketing Science will be the exclusive academic marketing organization affiliated with JPSSM. The structure of the JPSSM editorial team has changed. The journal will no longer have special topical sections.
