ABSTRACT
Compensation is a complex economic and social category, which is stimulated by several diverse character factors. One group are micro-economic determinants. They include the economic situation of entities. The author assumes that values that describe the efficiency of the sector companies are: number of employees, net profit per employee, value of current assets per employee, rate return on sales and the average real gross wage. There has been some gradation, i.e. the average wage is treated as explanatory variable to other variables listed above having the nature of explanatory variables.
