The article offers the author's insights on the values that leaders should adopt in 2013. The author says that leaders should dream bigger even if they are already a big dreamer to achieve higher goals compared to those who set medium goals. He mentions that leaders should use love, honesty and integrity in order to touch other's lives. He suggests to find friends and mentors to check a leader as a person.
