ABSTRACT
The article offers a look at economic activity of main markets of Ireland in 2012. It says U.S. figures for the third quarter of this year indicated that the second largest goods export market of Ireland increased at an annual rate of 3.1% that was attributed to several factors, including growing consumer and government expenditure. It cites the decline of the German and French economies during the fourth quarter. It also notes the restrained medium-term projections for the British economy.
