The present study evaluated the dimensional accuracy of 3 die materials namely Epoxy resin (Diemet-E), Type IV (Kalrock) and Type V (Denflo-HX) dental stone. A master die was prepared, impressions of the die were made. 30 dies, (10 for each material) of 3 different materials, were made from individual impressions of the master die and calibrations made with a digital micrometer. One way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was performed on the mean and standard deviation on each group was done. The die materials showed statistically significant differences circumferentially but no statistical variance cervico-occlusally.
