ABSTRACT
The article comments on the views of economics on Iraq War as it reaches its 10th anniversary in 2013. It states that one of the lessons to be learned from the war is that the U.S. military force could deproliferate its weapons of mass destruction (WMD) program. According to the author, the end of the war implies that the overthrow of a dictator is relatively easy.
