The article presents the report conducted by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) which shows slow and steady growth in the housing market in the U.S. It states that new home sales and builder confidence provided proof of a slow but steady recovery. It cites that the tight lending criteria for homebuyers and builders could after the future demand for housing. It also mentions that the prices of houses are starting to recover.
