ABSTRACT
The article considers the state of debts accumulation in Ukraine by all subjects of economic relations, regardless the sources of formation. It is demonstrated that the activities of governmental and bank institutions concerning the analysis of the causes for the increase in cumulative debt are not sufficient, along with the current level of the developed organizational and legal control measures for this debt. It is suggested to work out a mechanism for complex diagnostics that can be applied to all types of debt within the national economy in order to strengthen the coordination of the activities by the government and the Central Bank aiming at development of state strategy for debt processes management.
