ABSTRACT
The article studies the exchange rate channel of the financial and monetary transmission within Ukraine's economy. Advantages and drawbacks of using the exchange rate channel at the final stage of the national economy transformation and Ukraine's approaching developed market systems are presented. Conditions and opportunities for substitution of the exchange rate channel as the most powerful tool of the financial and monetary regulation by other transmission channels are investigated.
