Tourists are coming to Hannibal, Mo., in droves this year to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Mark Twain's birth. Planners expect to end up slightly in the black as groups like the Oak Ridge Boys draw up to 8,000 to the new Riverfront Amphitheater.
