March 1985
Newsweek;3/11/1985, Vol. 105 Issue 10, p35

The Caltex Oil South Africa operation deserves close study precisely because it has achieved so much. Working for Caltex is about as good a deal as nonwhites can get in S. Africa. Yet there are limits on what an enlightened employer can do to improve the lives of colored, Black and Asian employees.
