ABSTRACT
AT LAST, police have reopened their investigation into parliamentary expenses fraudster Denis MacShane. What's to investigate? He has admitted stealing thousands of pounds from taxpayers by submitting false invoices from a bogus front organisation. He should be arrested, charged and put on trial. MacShane is a common thief and should be treated as such.
