Cook with Jamie

This week we're looking to the northernmost parts of our great British isles with some classic grub from the Scottish Highlands. As you hopefully know, it's Burns Night next Friday, when Scots get together and eat a big supper in memory of their national poet, Robert Burns - and in my eyes there's no better way to embrace and celebrate traditions than by making a big old meal for friends and family.
