ABSTRACT
The article discusses a case study concerning the use of video conferencing for international teaching linking the U.S. to five Central American countries. An educational leadership coaching course was requested by the Universidad del Valle in Guatemala from California State University at Fresno and was delivered through video conferences. The lessons learned from the international video conferences are also discussed.
