ABSTRACT
The article explores the stand of the American Meteorological Society (AMS) in regards to professional conduct at AMS meetings. A safe and productive meeting for all participants is aimed by AMS at all its events, which means that no harassment, intimidation or discrimination will be tolerated at any events and those who violated will be asked to leave the premises. People who experienced or witnessed behavior that violated this aim of AMS could report it through reportconcern@ametsoc.org.
