ABSTRACT
A simple, reproducible and effective Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography method has been developed for the estimation of Etoposide in pure form. Separation was done by using mobile phase consist of acetonitrile and water in the ratio of 45:55 v/v. Chromatography separation was carried out on Phenomenex C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d, 5 μm particle sizes) column at 40°C temperatures at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min at 254 nm (λ max of etoposide) wavelengths. The linear dynamic response was found to be in concentration range between 2.5 and 20 μg/ml. The slope intercept and correlation coefficient is found to be 0.992 respectively.
