ABSTRACT
Foucault, identifies basic problem of the 20th century as a "excess power" and placeses power in the center of political analysis. The reason that lead to him this is, inadequate theoritical tools, inherits 19th century for analysis of problem. Foucault's views of power and is relationship with scientific information occured new implication in the theory of politics. Foucault thins that social relationships are dominated by the power/reistance dynamics. According to him, as a strategic situation /network power is ewerywhre/omnippresent. A society without power merely possible in abstraction. Where there is power there is resitance. There is an ontogical realtionship between power and reistance. Where there no power can only talk about domination and domination is not a relations of power.
